Are you ready to tackle the weight gain?

And how do you feel about now looking at that and saying, okay, I need to sort of get these pounds off because especially with COVID it's well documented that the healthier you are, that it's more dangerous for people that are obese or that are overweight all. That doesn't seem to matter, really, because I guess people are isolating

I’ve put on a bit of weight too

That's between now and last March, and I think for a lot of the time I had my dog with me. And that bit of exercise kept me from putting on too much. I know my big problem is before going to bed at night, I'd be very partial to having a sandwich late at night or toast with some cheese on it. And this is I'm talking now about 11:30 at night

You could shadow box, you could get a stationary bike, and that would be fantastic. There's some really good research out there. I'm going to send you something. Actually, there's a doctor who does a lot of research over here and he found that people in their 70s and 80s have an immune system, like people in their 20s because they cycle. So it's really good for your health to have a good, healthy cardiovascular system. So that's something to consider

Robin, I'm glad I made you laugh. You made me laugh. You made me smile when you said you need your fat to go away and you need something to burn it out. I got to tell you, the only thing that Burns fat is exercise. Sometimes you'll see a headline that said, Foods That Burn Fat, but there is no foods that burn fat. I've done a podcast on this before

I will text and say, Well, check in and look at someone's diet. I use an app, I use my fitness pal, and I'll look at it and say, Well done, or I won't say anything. I'll give them a call if they're not doing so well. And I say I've been looking at it and there's definitely room for improvement. At least they've been putting the diet in there

Hey, Mark, I took your device and bought a scale and then took Georgie Jesus ice and reduced my consumption of bread. And then I took the local Baker's advice and started using our old overriped bananas to make banana bread. And I actually started watching the amount of sugar I put into the mix. So the end of the day, I haven't lost any weight from March 12 till now, and I'm actually in worse cardiovascular shape because I don't cycle to work anymore

And you definitely sound like you want to lose some weight, start small. And I would start with your nutrition and I would start with like I say, download my fitness power and map your fitness. Maybe you've used it before, but it's great for tracking your diet. And if you can do that, you'll see what's going in. And it just makes you a little bit more aware of what's actually happening. What you're actually consuming the rowing sounds fantastic

What you're doing right now in this moment is what you're doing, and that will create the future cookies now and now, as always now, that means you eat cookies all the time. Then you will be powered heavier next week. But catching yourself in the moment is a fantastic tool. You're controlling yourself, not just blindly doing stuff. So that's brilliant. That's really good. Yeah. There's lots of ways to eat one meal a day

We've all put on a little weight, but I've been cleaning out my mom's house because she died and putting on some muscle actually doing repairs. But I guess it's probably because of the fact I'm in a rural area and I don't have access to a lot of food when there's, like one grocery store and I'm high risk and have to depend on other people. So like feeding for cheese Davis all the time

To be a little bit more serious. I'm a swimmer and I'm a mile away from the river, and I'm a rescue swimmer for fast current. I've been concentrating. I don't do a lot of cardio because I broke my leg a couple of years ago, been focusing on a lot of core, a lot of weight bearing yoga. There's no gyms

My mom was a badass basketball player, very aggressive when they integrated the schools, and she chose to stay with her school. And when the south, it was a really big deal. But they're both state champs. Super athletes came into my athleticism late but big nerd, but very athletic now. But I have an athlete's body. And I turned 40 this month, and I'm like, so afraid. And in the south, everybody's very vain

That's good. And you've inherited their genes, which is cool. 510 you say it sounds like, okay, you haven't got access to gym, but you don't like gyms anyway. And I'm a boxing coach and a conditioning specialist as well. Conditioning coach. What I would say is do what you're doing, carry on, doing what you're doing, because that's going to give you a level of fitness

But to really focus on your fitness, you kind of need to have half an hour to 45 minutes or to an hour of focus work if you want to increase your fitness levels or even strength, because then you're really conditioning it and you need to do it quite regularly. There are loads, though. There are loads of non GM workouts. It's just finding what you might like to do
