I want to say I think that the first thing that came to mind as far as a need for trust and a relationship comes from when I was working as a banker and on the telephone or online and dealing with the escalation calls. I want to talk to your supervisor. Well, overwhelmingly, the people just wanted to know exactly what happened. They're ticked off that they got three or four overdraft charges. Yes. But if they screwed up, most people are totally just want to know what happened

You point out a very amazing point, as when one person, one particular individual that represents the company is holding potentially the trust of the whole company in their hands, and it's up to them them to literally make the decision A or B

Engagement virtually is such a different animal #business #trust #zoom

We certainly aren't meeting and shaking hands and breaking bread. And I know that you are just absolutely poised to help people in this new era of connecting digitally. When your point about engagement makes me think about the idea of I trust when I am heard and felt insane. But I also trust when my gut was right. And in these brief moments where we're forced to be on Zoom calls, we don't have that vibrational connection to people that got stuff

You absolutely have to nurture those. And I'm going to do a small post coming up. Something along the lines of numbers is not niche, and so many people go for the numbers as a benchmark and a qualifier for success. And that's sorry, but bullshit. It doesn't make any sense. It's like I would rather talk to a very influential small group of people that genuinely connect other onto mass with zero interactions. So I hope that answered your question
