Read up on each of the measures and then reform against arguments and the rebuttals. This has been so valuable, and I find this process to be extremely effective. Since the ballot boxes are open for extended length of time, people can take their own time to go and drop these be it on the weekend and all the way leading up to the deadline. Another interesting thing, though, is as the deadline nears, a lot of the procrastinators come in and the crowd at these ballots starts increasing
